A class in ZenChee Flow which is mindful movement to beautiful music. The concept is a blend of East meets West.
The class is gentle on the body but strengthens the core and torso. It’s suitable for all ages, and will help with balance whilst also improving focus, flexibility and relaxation.
This practice feels like a meditation to music, you should not even realise that you are doing a strong exercise routine.
