ZenChee Flow

Event Theme:
A class in ZenChee Flow which is mindful movement to beautiful music. The concept is a blend of East meets West.  The class is gentle on the body but strengthens the core and torso. It’s suitable for all ages, and will help with balance whilst also improving focus, flexibility and relaxation.  This practice feels like a meditation to music, you should not even realise that you are doing a strong exercise routine.

ZenChee Flow® is mindful movement to music, improving body and core strength, balance, flexibility and concentration and more. Beautiful to perform, leaving you feeling relaxed but also giving you a powerful exercise on both body and mind. My name is Angela Ward and I have been teaching dance for over 10 years I developed a fascination with the power of the mind and body working together and went on to study T’ai Chi, Meditation, Relaxation and Pilates. ZenChee Flow was born out of a love of music, dance and Eastern philosophy. It is a blend of East meets West set to stunning music. It combines everything I learnt over the past decade. The event will be a 40 minute class of ZenChee Flow. It can be performed in comfortable clothes that allows you to stretch and you can wear trainers or perform it in bear feet. Make sure you have a drink water of water available. Most of all Enjoy!
